The 2016 Fall Commencement will take place on Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at 12:30 p.m. in the Georgia Dome.
Tickets are not required for guests to attend Commencement so bring as many friends and family members as you’d like to the Georgia Dome. Some colleges and schools do require tickets to attend their ceremonies at the Georgia World Congress Center. Please see individual information about each college or school ceremony on the “College Ceremonies” page.

Degree Candidate Line-Up at the Georgia Dome
Candidates should report to Sections 101-110 in the Georgia Dome for line-up. Volunteers will issue instructions to candidates about the procession. College and degree levels determine the candidate line-up. Any candidates arriving after the processional starts will walk at the end of the processional line and must see a Commencement Marshal for placement.
Assistance at the Georgia Dome
- Guests requiring the assistance of a sign language interpreter should access seating at aisle L45.
- Real-time captioning will be provided and visible from all seats.
- Special needs seating is available at the top of each seating section along the concourse level.
